3. Scleral Lens care product 101 :

• We recommend the following products for filling and rinsing scleral lenses. ScleralFil preservative free saline and Purilens Plus Saline. They are especially preferred for sensitive eyes or dry eye patients due to the balanced PF compared to generic saline which are more acidic.

• If you suffer from dry eyes and need lubricating eye drops while wearing scleral lenses, we recommend using either single-use preservative free eye drops or multi-dose preservative free eye drops. Examples are Refresh Plus PF, Refresh Digital PF, Systane Ultra PF, and Oasis Tears PF.
